Change: we can't help it.

Sometimes we change almost by accident.  We can't help it.  Sometimes just by opening up, just by actively intending to sink deeper into your existence, things that no longer fit in your life begin to fall away.  Naturally.  Softly.  Almost unnoticeable.  Nothing is resisted; instead, everything is allowed.  In this resting place, spirituality becomes less about doing and more about simply being.
